Local Man Realizes He Has No Idea How Crypto Works After Trying To Explain It To A Friend
It's like a bunch of computers right... and they all go to work with each other.
Unbeknownst to local crypto investor Michael Whaleson, he has been going about his daily life under the impression he understands crypto.
That all changed when a friend of Michael's asked if he should invest some of his spare income into cryptocurrency.
After assuring his friend that it could be a good idea, Michael was asked "So what exactly is crypto, how does it work?"
"It's like a bunch of computers right... and they all go to work with each other but it's like decentralized so no one owns it and some are coins I think, but others are tokens on coins or coins on tokens or something..."
Even Michael couldn't help but raise an eyebrow at the nonsense crypto-jargon-word-salad that left his mouth.
After swiftly changing the subject, Michael began to internally re-evaluate his decision to invest his life savings in crypto.
His friend remains unconvinced.
